Free Password Manager; AI Roboform
What is a password manager?
A pass word manager is a script that manages passwords from your browser while you are browsing the internet. When you come to a web site that requests your passwords a password manager will automatically pop up on your computer and offer to fill in the pass word and user name with one convenient click. Password manager software is very convenient.
AI roboform offers a free password manager/ free form filler software. I highly recommend it. A form filler will fill in forms for you online and save you having to type your name and personal information over and over again. I love form filler software! If you are planning on becomming an affiliate this software will help you keep track of all those affiliate sites, passwords and usernames.
May be you have heard of Gator. It is Roboform’s ugly step brother.
Gator is a very useful free application that stores your passwords on your computer and alerts you when there is a form it can fill in for you when you are browsing online.
I used it for months and I loved it, until I found out that it is loaded with spyware files.
Gator is free because the GAIN Corporation (maker of Gator) sells your personal information to other companies so that these companies can send you very targeted advertisements while you browse your computer on and offline.
I eventually got rid of Gator and discovered the new love of my life http://cheap-webdesign.com/roboform.htm it does that same as Gator but minus the spyware files and advertisements. The free version is simply a trial version of the paid software. It does not include any spyware files
Here is what it can do;
• Save password info from login form.
• Auto fill password info to login form.
• Automatic login to online accounts.
• Fill long online forms from Identities.
• Save "offline passwords" to Safenotes.
• Generate Secure Random Passwords.
• Encrypt passwords using 3-DES.
• All personal info is securely stored on your computer only.
• It is well-behaved: NO ADWARE, NO SPYWARE!
This software is a recommended replacement for Gator. Since Gator is known to have spy ware and ad ware programs that make surfing the internet a nightmare.
I cannot say enough about this thing. Plus it will help you
manage all those affiliate program passwords!

SPYWARE AND SCUMWARE BUSTER;
On that note if you already have Gator on your computer you might want to get rid of it. Although it is rather hard to delete all of the files, some will remain hidden on your computer and imbedded in popular programs, even after you remove the program. Gator invites itself back on your hard drive once in a while by piggybacking on other free software and some unscrupulous web sites.
I recommend you run an anti spyware program to facilitate your divorce from the GAIN corporation (maker of Gator)
ADAWARE http://lavasoft.com
Get rid of scumware and adware with ADAWARE. These programs are usually downloaded when you get free advertiser supported software like Kazaa and Gator.
They freeze up your computer and they are responsible for all those weird advertisements that appear even when you are not browsing the internet.
The first time I ran ADAWARE it found 276 spyware files on my computer! The only draw back is you must use it about once a week. Because those tracer cookies on your computer are usually replaced when you go back online.
My average weekly find when I run ADAWARE now is about 10-17 files. Most of which are programs I use often despite the fact that it spies on me, like the Alexa Toolbar.
Oh yeah and ADAWARE is free. There is a paid version too but the free version works just as well to remove programs. The paid version has a feature to inform you when the files are returned to your computer and few other neat features.
