One of the easiest ways to get a web site cheaply and immediately is to use a web page template. Web page templates are basically web site designs with blank spaces for your text and photos. You can acquire free web page templates as well you can buy more original web design templates.
Web designers create great web sites all the time and some of them are sold to larger sites that in turn resell them over and over again to anyone that is interested in that particular design. - You will still need to own an html editor like dreamweaver unless you are familiar enough with html to edit the template in notepad or textpad.
